Important: Returns are not free of charge. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The return address will be provided by email after the return request has been reviewed.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, products should be returned unused, clean, with all accessories and in their original packaging.
5.5
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days, where the return meets the applicable requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where products have been used, damaged through misuse, or do not meet the applicable return conditions.
